Module 6 checkpoint and meeting audit

By the end of this module you should be running meetings that are themselves the leadership pipeline.

Self-audit your last meeting against these checks:

Cadence. Was it on the predictable schedule, or one-off?

Agenda. Was the agenda sent at least 3 days in advance, with named owners for each section?

Roles. Were the four roles filled, and not by the same people as last time?

Decisions. Was at least one real decision made in the room, not announced afterward?

Development. Did at least one member do something this meeting they had not done before?

Five yes's earn the Leadership Developer badge. Anything less is a list of next moves.
