Final report checkpoint

~6 min

Final checkpoint · Module 6

This is the final artifact. Open roster_module_6.csv — the grad-worker roster, already cleaned. Build the full Campaign Roster Health Report on a new sheet tab named report.

Your task

  1. Five indicators, each in its own cell, with a label.
  2. One four-sentence narrative paragraph.
  3. A unit identifier (“R1 University grad-worker unit”).
  4. A date of report.

Hint

Every percentage must use a cleaned denominator. Excluding placeholders from the denominator is the whole point of this course. If your number does not move when you exclude placeholders, the cleaning did not happen.

You pass when:

Your housecall formula reads:

=COUNTIFS(Housecall_Date, ">"&TODAY()-30, Valid_Contact, TRUE) / COUNTIFS(Valid_Contact, TRUE)

And the report shows approximately:

  • 142 workers in unit
  • 78% card support
  • 52% housecalled in 30 days
  • 64% structure-test response
  • 7 / 9 committee seats filled
  • A four-sentence narrative paragraph

Badge unlocked: Report Finisher

You have finished the course. You can now hand a lead organizer a Campaign Roster Health Report on every roster you inherit from here on.

What you have built across this course

  • Six earned badges — Hygiene Diagnostician, Whitespace Wrangler, Field Splitter, Placeholder Detective, Roster Reconciler, Report Finisher.
  • A cleaned roster with every dirt pattern fixed.
  • A reusable placeholder watchlist sheet that any future workbook can reference.
  • A repeatable Campaign Roster Health Report template tied to research-backed indicators.
  • A four-sentence narrative the lead organizer can read at the next meeting.
