Stages of group development on a neurodiverse team

Bruce Tuckman's five stages of group development (Forming, Storming, Norming, Performing, Adjourning) describe every team you've ever joined. They do not describe neurotypical teams more than autistic ones. But the default behaviors managers use to move a group through each stage often assume one specific style of interaction. This module reads each stage for a neurodiverse team.
