Module 5 checkpoint: your live ladder

By the end of this lesson you should have a real ladder, with real names, with the right tags applied.

Open Action Network. In your Group's contacts view, filter by each ladder: tag in turn. How many people are on each rung?

If your base looks like a pyramid (lots of signers, few attenders, almost no 1:1 done, no hosts, no leaders), that is normal at the start. The work of the next 90 days is to widen each higher rung.

If your base looks like an hourglass (signers and a couple of leaders, nothing in between), that means you are doing campaign work with friends and calling it organizing. The middle rungs are how the friends-and-strangers gap gets closed.

Save the screenshot. Come back to it in 90 days. The shape of the base will have moved if you ran the moves in 5.4.
